If you are registered, simply open our new app and:

  1. Enter your USERNAME
  2. Enter your PASSWORD
  3. Enter your 4 DIGIT PASSCODE that you just have generated and was sent to your mobile device

By downloading the New Ross Credit Union app, you will have access to all the features that are currently available through CU Online on our website. This means that you will be able to view and print your statement for any chosen time frame, apply for a loan, lodge funds to your Credit Union account with your debit card and transfer funds from your account to a bank account or to pay a bill.

Do you have to come into one of our branches to set up a DIRECT DEBIT?

No! You can set up a direct debit from the comfort of your home by using our mobile app!

1. Open the NRCU App
2. Go to "Lodgements"
3. Select "Make Card Payment"
4. Select "Make Card Lodgement"
5. Under Lodgement Type select "Recurring"
6. Enter the amount
7. Select payment frequency
8. Select the start date
9. For payment reference you can input "direct debit"
10. Under "Balance" select where you want your money to go 1. Shares or 2. Thrift
11. Your direct debit is all set.

You wish to cancel/stop your direct debit?

1. Open the NRCU App
2. Go to "Lodgements"
3. Select "Make Card Payment"
4. Select "Recurring Payments"
5. Simply slide the table to the left and press the bin emoji.

You wish to change the amount on your direct debit?

1. Open the NRCU App
2. Go to "Lodgements"
3. Select "Make Card Payment"
4. Select "Recurring Payments"
5. Simply slide the table to the left and press the pen emoji.
6. An "edit payment" tab will pop up
7. Enter the amount
8. Press "update"

You can apply for a loan through our mobile app!

You can be approved from wherever you are.

Simply open the NRCU App, go to “Loans” and select “Loan Application”. From there you fill out the application, upload all the necessary documents and wait for a response from us!
